Text_Wiki 0.17 requires this to be set.

Add our own phpcode rule that strips the leading \<?php and newline from the output.

[cjh] Add MostPopular and LeastPopular wiki pages.

Fix fetching of old versions (and thus diffs).

[cjh] A parameter of autocreate=1 must now be passed to display.php
for pages that don't exist to be created automatically. This
is done by default for "?" links, but for external incoming
links and results of the top left jump box, users will get
a form that allows them to confirm creation of the new page.

This will hopefully help with re-creation of deleted pages following CVS commit
mails, among other things.

Clean up getPage/getCurrentPage a bit; pass 'autocreate' parameter in
"?" new page links.

Re-add full rights for admins, but this time only for actions that are implemented.

Random cleanups while I was there.

Use our cutom rules for link rendering to use the derefer and to generate
create links only for allowed users.

Use Text_Wiki for wiki markup processing.
We need to extend the link rules for our own handling, but works great so
far. If Text_Wiki has more parsers for the different wiki syntaxes, it would
take a configuration switch to change the used syntax in wicked.

gettext

Get rid of the pXXX() methods.

No need to make the special pages configurable, we need class files anyway.

Wicked now correctly (for my impression of "correct behavior" - wikis seem to
be an amazingly divergent class of software - the markup isn't standard, etc...)
create new pages when there's a link to a WikiWord that doesn't yet exist.

We still do try to load them from scripts/data/, though.

This means that you can actually create a wiki with wicked and create new
pages and such, which is kind of exciting.

Also, the functions in lib/api.php no longer try and load pages just to get links
to them, so things should be a lot more efficient now.

More timestamp fixes; add a function for printing the formatted time.
