There's no reason for the print links to require javascript. Make them
all accessible, make them use popup(this.href). Users with javascript
off will just get a blank window using the printer friendly display
styles; they can hit print themselves.

Don't load histories if we have no UID.

[cjh] UIDs need to be stored in the History system with a nag: prefix and
with the tasklist_id so as not to confuse different instances of the
same task (if two users both have a task on their seperate tasklists,
they should have unique histories for that task).

Move .js files that contain no PHP code to horde/js/. Adapt calls to them.
Also, remove several scripts that were basically duplicates of popup.js and
just use popup.js.

Registry::getParam() -> Registry::get().

Get rid off Text::toHTML().

Remove this for now. It'll be trivial to re-add if we do want to
find/display relationships here at some point.

We only need Text.php in view.php.

Bunch of work that didn't end up being entirely related, but seemed
that way:

- rename deleteTask() to delete() (somehow I'd thought delete was a
keyword in php4; as far as I can tell it's just fine for php4 and
php5).

- We now store a UID (formerly GUID, going by the iCal spec here)
completely seperately from the task_id field. We don't expect to be
able to parse the UID into a task id/tasklist id pair, just to look it
up.

- Fix some parse errors in the Kolab driver.

- The tasks/browse method is now implemented for Nag. Idea is to allow
for generic "browsing" (treating as a directory/file/object tree) of
Nag from any Horde app or remote call. See services/obrowser/.

I think that's it. :)

The UID changes should be made for Mnemo, Kronolith, and Turba as
well.

All footers look the same, so why not use only one.

These are by no means private constants. Remove the weird leading _
(it was my idea in the first place, for the record. Dunno why).

Consolidate editing links a bit, remove unneeded template, fix print view.

addParameter syntax

Rework the Links driver to use categories instead of a custom sql table,

Big patch, some things may break/need to be tweaked. Here's Bo's description:

Attached is a first shot at reworking the Links API to use categories instead of
its own SQL driver. I haven't yet taken this as far as it can go, but already
it has resulted in a significant performance improvement for pages in my system
with large numbers of linked clients. (some of the pages that were previously
taking 20-30 seconds -- eg. the Whups search page -- are now down to about 5
seconds, which makes them a bit more usable).

Things that should be noted before this gets committed:

* I modified Turba so that the backend's read() function returns an array of
contact objects rather than just a single object (which speeds up handling of
large lists of objects). I don't know any ldap so this change will break the
ldap backend unless someone can make the same change to
turba/lib/Driver/ldap.php

* I've included a script (migrate_links.php) that creates links in the new
structure for people who were using clients in Whups. It doesn't update links
for other apps that might have been using Links but I can probably add that in
too if anyone needs it.

* reverse links don't seem to be working just yet. I'll get onto this soon.

more soon... hopefully i haven't missed anything else..(!!)

[cjh] Add Horde_Links API (j.huinink@wanadoo.nl).

- I've cleaned up a bunch of this, but there's probably still a bunch
to do. For one thing, I can't seem to actually add links. But some of
the UI works. most of the unlocalized strings are fixed, and it's too
much code to be sitting as a local mod this long - I'm sick of holding
back other stuff and fixing conflicts. :)

Have a play with it, test out the conf options, etc. Let's get this
going.
