Don't export parent ids with CSV.

Rewrite large portions of Nag to use Nag_Task objects instead of task hashes.
I didn't test every and each little bit of the code, so expect a bumpy ride
for a while.

Implement subtasks.
Fix obvious bugs in the Kolab driver while there, but it's still untested.
Re-add delete button to edit form.
Editing sub-sub-tasks and exporting subtasks is still missing.

We now use the iCalendar package for parsing/exporting
of iCalendar and vCard data.

No more HORDE_LIBS.

All footers look the same, so why not use only one.

Move Horde_Data to framework.

Import and export of vTodos now work from Nag.

initial shell for importing/exporting vTodo data. Doesn't function yet, but
getting closer.

Re-work Nag's API so that we can use nextId() to generate ids for tasks, which
means that we'll never reuse an id for a task, which means that histories and
syncing will be able to work reliably.

As soon as I update my other server, I'll write up a script that will fix the
PEAR sequence table so as not to break existing data.

The category driver isn't updated yet. If someone is using it, could you submit
a patch?

Kill a lot more unnecessary Horde::getThemeConfig() calls and shorten
mouseover javascript.

Use the new Util:: class.

Simplify driver instantiation even more.

No hardcoded params anymore.

Remove "actionID type" defines() from Horde::.

Fairly huge commit, due to the amount of code I could rip out with
this change (yay, fewer lines, same functionality):

[cjh] The mail/compose method is now a full call, not a link. This means,
      aside from a bit less code duplication, that we now honor the
      compose_popup preference in $registry calls.
[cjh] Deprecated Registry::includeFiles() and Registry::shutdown().

Data::cleanup() and _cleanup() now return the next step instead of setting
it as a side effect.

Add Data::cleanup() to take care of all cleanup operations after a
successful or failed import.

- Split date/time/datetime forms into different templates.
- Don't store import step into session to be independent from page reloads.

Rewrite, consolidate and document Data framwork:
- This breaks importing in all application but Nag. I hope I can fix the
  others as soon as possible.
- Most of the logic has been incapsulated in the Data* classed for better
  reuseability and readability.
- The user can now provide additional format information of the imported
  file like seperator, quoting character and number of fields, though not
  all of this information is used if File_CSV is not present.

Make filename localizeable and fix download for Mozilla.

- rename _fileCleanup() to Horde::deleteAtShutdown().
- add Horde::_deleteAtShutdown() as the actual shutdown version, to avoid
  potential pre-compilation problems.

- fix all other _fileCleanup() calls.
- make sure we use $_FILES everywhere instead of $HTTP_POST_FILES.
