[cjh] UIDs need to be stored in the History system with a mnemo: prefix and
with the notepad so as not to confuse different instances of the
same note (if two users both have a note on their seperate notepads,
they should have unique histories for that note).

Registry::getParam() -> Registry::get().

kill trailing whitespace, fix style, etc.

We now use the iCalendar package for parsing/exporting
of iCalendar and vCard data.

Here is a patch for Mnemo that fixes the CSV import and export which
don't really work at all in HEAD.

It was outputing PHP errors into the CSV and also exporting fields
that should not be exported (the GUID for instance).

Move Horde_Data to framework.

Add description to possible import fields.

default the note description if necessary.

- Updated SQL api for Mnemo, including a create_sequence script to get
old installs up to date.

- Various UI cleanups to match Nag and other current UI standards.

Fairly huge commit, due to the amount of code I could rip out with
this change (yay, fewer lines, same functionality):

[cjh] The mail/compose method is now a full call, not a link. This means,
      aside from a bit less code duplication, that we now honor the
      compose_popup preference in $registry calls.
[cjh] Deprecated Registry::includeFiles() and Registry::shutdown().

Allow importing onto any available Notepad.

* Catch most if not all the "memos"->"notes" and "memo lists"->"notepad"
changes (and maybe a few extra)
* Will need to update all the locale translations still!

- rename _fileCleanup() to Horde::deleteAtShutdown().
- add Horde::_deleteAtShutdown() as the actual shutdown version, to avoid
  potential pre-compilation problems.
- remove some unnecessary _fileCleanup() calls on uploaded files
  (PHP automatically deletes them at the end of the request).
- fix all other _fileCleanup() calls.
- make sure we use $_FILES everywhere instead of $HTTP_POST_FILES.

Finish breaking out the Data:: subclasses into the Data/ subdir.

hmm, this looks awfully similar to what I committed to Nag.

Add import/export.
