Unfortunately, do to limitations in Horde_Mobile, it is impossible to have
more than 1 link in a table row.  Thus, to add thread sort switching, we have
to put the link down in the menu.

Add missing argument to expungeMailbox().

Give up on trying to maintain separate codebase for MIMP and instead make
MIMP HEAD like DIMP - where we require a CVS install of IMP for it to work
properly.  Since we will be soon folding MIMP (and DIMP) into IMP, this will
drastically cut our work down when we get to that point.
Want to get what I have so far into CVS - not everything is currently working
so don't update if you want a working version of MIMP right now.  'mimp'
auth is being removed, so to use mimp currently you will have to auth to
either horde or imp at the present time.

Remove pointless mouseover text - it is superfluous and noticably reduces the
size of the page.

- Fix a number of references to IMP.
- Make sure MIMP::folderPref always has two arguments.
- Override MIME_Contents::formatStatusMsg() and _renderMIMEPart() to avoid sending bad HTML to a mobile client.

Cleanups; remove code that is unused.

- remove 3 unused or shouldn't be used functions
- use MIMP::getLabel() instead of $mimp['label']

- avoid array_key_exists
- use $_SESSION['mimp'] always instead of messing with globals
- don't use Refresh, URL=; doesn't seem like that's handled by mobile clients.

$sort_url not used here.
More addParameter fixes to make sure & is not encoded.  IMHO, the new
addParameter() syntax seems to break a lot more stuff than it is
supposed to fix.

Nuke a bunch of unnecessary things here. No real work done, and tons of it
to do.

Next shot of superglobals patch. After MFH is completed I'll commit Horde,
IMP and Nag.

Replace the HORDE_* constants with 'horde.*'.

Keep MIMP up to date (to some extent) with various Horde updates.

Importing mimp (Mobile IMP) into the cvs tree so that it can maybe get off
the ground. Current version of the sources may not work with the latest
Horde; if it does, it will let you log in and display the mailbox view for
the last 7 messages in your INBOX. Everything else is yet to be done.
