There's no reason for the print links to require javascript. Make them
all accessible, make them use popup(this.href). Users with javascript
off will just get a blank window using the printer friendly display
styles; they can hit print themselves.

[cjh] Experiment with fixing the menu and footer (category legend) with CSS
and letting just the body of the page scroll.

This is done quite messily and if we like it we'll obviously want to
find a nicer way to put in the necessary divs.

The code is based on the code by Joel Vandal <jvandal@infoteck.qc.ca>. Almost all of the UI is from Joel's patch. The storage systems for the Shares and groups is a bit different.

I removed the recuring and alarm graphics from the views, not sure what people think of these in a print view. It looks cleaner with out them. If there's demand it could be made configurable I guess.

The menu buttons now open the day/week/month view corresponding to the
actual view. Added a 'Today' button to get back to the standard view.
Todo: Better icon for Today.

Cleanup: change all the $conf['paths'] variables to query this information
from the registry using the new API functions:

getTemplatePath(), getWebRoot(), getFileRoot(), getGraphicsPath()

Update your config files!

Added some missing gettext strings and did some cleanup to get more
locale strings.
Added a preference for choosing the default date format.

Add a Kronolith_WeekView class which lets you view any slice of days in a
week (all 7, or just the middle 3, or whatever) in a nice html table. This
makes week.php and workweek.php simple pieces of code (look at the diff
between the two). It also reuses a lot of the DayView code and templates
quite nicely.

There are some niceties to be worked out, but this is a pretty good start on
things.
