There's no reason for the print links to require javascript. Make them
all accessible, make them use popup(this.href). Users with javascript
off will just get a blank window using the printer friendly display

Go a little further with the calendar styling. The top row of each month is now entirely controllable with CSS; you can even put the + next to the day number if you want (I've done this in the bluewhite theme as an example). You could also set a background-image for the .newEvent class if you wanted an image instead of the plus sign. All up to the themer.

Try text plus signs for "new event" in the month view.

ISO week numbers *always* start on Monday, so always display them there.

Move .js files that contain no PHP code to horde/js/. Adapt calls to them.

In the legend, only include categories that are used in events.

Put the category legend outside any tables so that it can wrap and not
cause the month view to scroll, etc., and use spans for simpler HTML.

Shrink HTML by removing mouseover colors. Use <div>s in the month view
instead of tables to save a bit more space and rendering complexity.

[cjh] Introduce a '_default_' color and better handling of user-specified
Unfiled colors.

Event/Memo colors should no longer be hardcoded anywhere in the code.

Here's the rest of the categories changes. I'm working on a script to convert
user preferences to the new shared preference, but I need to get this committed
before it gets any more out of date. Nothing should *break* break, but existing
categories will go away for now. If that won't fly on your installation, just don't
update for now.

outside of the current month - instead, it goes back into the previous
month and forward into the next month however many days are showable.

Who knows when this function was last used.

Don't add extra cells if the month ends on the last column to the
