This is done quite messily and if we like it we'll obviously want to

kill trailing whitespace, fix style, etc.

We now use the iCalendar package for parsing/exporting
of iCalendar and vCard data.

- modify viewevent.php to support just being passed a guid, like
kronolith/show expects it to handle.

- lots of fixes to be able to differentiate between an event with data and
an event that already exists in the backend.

- fix the SQL driver to support pre-existing event ids (from iCalendar imports).

- associated code cleanup; remove unused function createEvent().

No more HORDE_LIBS.

Lots and lots of copyright and license updates and fixes. Someone will have to that for the HEAD branches too.

Use $event->fromiCalendar(); switch argument order for $event->toiCalendar().

Use $kronolith as the global driver variable name, instead of the
easily confusing $calendar.

Export of basic vTodo data from Nag now works; import is a bit opaque to me.

getEventObject() -> getEvent()

No need for the extra verbiage.

- use $kronolith_shares instead of $shares to help avoid clashing with
other apps.

- try to take advantage of the fact that we load all shares in base.php by not
re-listing them later. Cuts out one or two db calls at least.

Kill a lot more unnecessary Horde::getThemeConfig() calls and shorten
mouseover javascript.

Fairly huge commit, due to the amount of code I could rip out with
this change (yay, fewer lines, same functionality):

[cjh] The mail/compose method is now a full call, not a link. This means,
      aside from a bit less code duplication, that we now honor the
      compose_popup preference in $registry calls.
[cjh] Deprecated Registry::includeFiles() and Registry::shutdown().

Importing iCal files is working again.

CSV import to Kronolith works again. iCal and PDB still aren't ported.

minor tweaks

Start working on the import code.
A strange thing happens that someone might want to take a look at: Though
shared calendars work, the $share->hasPermission() call (line 172) always
returns false.

Export ISO date formats.

Start porting to the new Data code. Importing still doesn't work and
exporting to iCal returns only one event.

Work at getting import/export working again.

More cleanup. Might be a few SQL nits left.

Rest of the PDB import code. I haven't had time to test this myself,
but wanted to get it into CVS for people to poke at.

Fixes, cleanup, style, and, not least, rewrite for the new Category:: code.

- rename _fileCleanup() to Horde::deleteAtShutdown().
- add Horde::_deleteAtShutdown() as the actual shutdown version, to avoid
  potential pre-compilation problems.
- remove some unnecessary _fileCleanup() calls on uploaded files
  (PHP automatically deletes them at the end of the request).
- fix all other _fileCleanup() calls.
- make sure we use $_FILES everywhere instead of $HTTP_POST_FILES.

Finish breaking out the Data:: subclasses into the Data/ subdir.
