Assign to action value the returned full name of the created folder. This
fixes pre-selecting of the just created folder in the drop down list for
deliver rules if using an imap server with preambles.

[mms] The storage system has been abstracted out to allow for multiple
backend storage drivers.
This is much better than before because now the yucky details on how the
data is stored is handled exclusively by Ingo_Storage::.  Except for the
definition of rules - that still needs to be worked on.

Fix adding of new rules

These constants work better in Ingo_Storage::.
Store the 'type' information in the 'conditions' key for rules.

Create system that allows us to distinguish between header matching tests
and other tests (e.g. message size). Now, only display these other tests
if the driver supports them.
Move Ingo_Script:: initialization values exclusively to the subclasses.

Removed the tests.php config file and replaced it with the fields.php file.
All the tests stuff has been moved to Ingo_Storage:: since it wasn't
configurable at all (the tests are built into the general drivers) so
there wasn't any reason to put it into a user configurable file.
Additionally, I had to remove the automatic filter field -> test list code
(e.g. if you select the 'To' field, you are only given the tests related
to text searching).  Although pretty cool, it was really sieve specific
and was completely broken for drivers (e.g. imap) that don't support most
of the tests offered.

Remove the 'show_rules' preference, as ingo is pretty much worthless without
the filters screen.

Escape characters when outputting HTML.

Move information on action rules to Ingo_Storage::
Remove an unneeded rule save.

Convert action IDs from number -> string.

Remove the use of a global $ingo variable because, if users have
register_globals turned on, it caused problems.

Move actionIDs to the individual pages.
Remove a bunch of unused constants.

IMAP filters will not run again if both the mailbox and the filter set has
not changed.
All IMAP notification messages should work now.

Only allow case sensitive searches for those script backends that support
it.

Last menu.php files.

Rules are now stored in a binary string instead of an array of sieve flag
names.

Clean up the internal script functions.

Improve session handling for Ingo - data items now cached by Ingo_Storage::.
'edit' should be a URL parameter, not a session value.
