Move .js files that contain no PHP code to horde/js/. Adapt calls to them.
Also, remove several scripts that were basically duplicates of popup.js and
just use popup.js.

[mms] The storage system has been abstracted out to allow for multiple
backend storage drivers.
This is much better than before because now the yucky details on how the
data is stored is handled exclusively by Ingo_Storage::.  Except for the
definition of rules - that still needs to be worked on.

Allow the blacklist/whitelist/vacation/forward to be enabled/disabled

We only skip rules if they are disabled, not if we are not showing their
menu icons.

Re-add Apply Filters button for those script drivers that can handle
it (i.e. imap).
Ingo_Script_imap::perform():: can now figure out (on its own) whether to
use POP3 or not.

Correct me if I am wrong, but this 'symbolc_rule' checking code a) only
needs to be run once a session, and b) is only here temporarily until
everyone's pref data is updated. As such, it should go with the similar
code in base.php.

Added 'show_filter_msg' preference - for use with Horde_Script:: backends
that support on demand filtering.

Improve session handling for Ingo - data items now cached by Ingo_Storage::.
'edit' should be a URL parameter, not a session value.
Copying rules wasn't maintaining the old rules infrormation - fixed.
Some code cleanups/optimizations/variable renaming (in rule.php, name the
main array $rule instead of $filter).

Horde 2.2 compatibility.

More internal updating of rules storage data - move away from string data
towards constants/integers (less sieve specific).
Code in base.php will handle the conversion for current rules for the
next few weeks - I'll rip it out at that time.

Remove lines I left behind.

Whitelist.  Someone else will have to provide the Sieve implementation
(since I know nothing thereof) but at least this code doesn't crash in
that case.

Ingo initial commit.

Just did a big search and replace of the name so it may be a bit broken in places. I tried most of the basic features and they seemed to work.

Import isn't an option yet but still appears in the conf.xml. it will happen eventually.

I haven't committed the drivers yet so you won't be able to set scripts active on your server.
