Do a smarter job of loading some libraries - we pretty much will always need
IMAP.php, while Template/Help is only needed when viewing via imp (they
are not needed when using dimp/mimp).

Assign copyright to The Horde Project for those copyright holders that already agreed to it.

- Load template engine in base.php since it's used pretty much everywhere.
- Use IMP_Template everywhere, not Horde_Template
- No reason to use Template/Template.php, just use lib/Template.php.

[mms] Rewrote fetchmail to use subclasses/drivers to do all the work - this
allows support for accessing more mail server types in the future.

While converting, cleaned up a bunch of code and try to make this
functionality less dependent on javascript code for rendering.
Rennamed classed to be more consistent with other IMP libraries.
Completely rework the accounts window - there is no need to have the
configuration parameters in there when fetching mail.  Instead, have checkboxes
to select which accounts you want to fetch mail from.

NOTE - DUE TO A CHANGE IN THE PREFERENCE FORMAT, ALL OLD FETCHMAIL SETTINGS
WILL NO LONGER BE USED.  YOU WILL HAVE TO RECREATE YOUR SETTINGS. :(

Now, who wants to write the hotmail and/or yahoo drivers... :)

All footers look the same, so why not use only one.

We shouldn't need these anymore now that js_onLoad is obtained through
Util::nonInputVar().

Use the new Util:: class.

Convert from numeric -> string Action IDs.
If this works out, we can do this with the other Horde apps as well.

Nuke status.php - 1 less pageload - and move to IMP::status().
This can be done for all other Horde applications also (e.g. like what
Chuck did for menu.php).  I'll slowly try to do this, but any help would
be cool also :)

NOOP is a very silly constant. Getting rid of it.

Making the internet a less crowded place... all of these files seem to be
missing the compression switch. Was there a reason these files didn't
contain this code (besides oversight)?

remove fetchmail functionality until a later release.

Move the Help.php inclusion to lib/base.php.

- Add Max Kalika's Connection:: class for connection tracking
- make said class an option to use with IMP
- move impSetupSession and friends into the IMP:: class
- start using $HTTP_POST_VARS, $HTTP_GET_VARS, etc.

add lib/base.php to take care of setting up things that every IMP script (or
practically every IMP script) needs.

Silence session_start warnings.

Replace buildURL() with Horde::url().

sort of ultra-slim the session code. i have to run to look at furniture now;
i'll fix kronolith (and everything else) and such later.

size the servers list consistently, and a bit more fetchmail cleanup.

Rewrote the Session class for instantiation with hooks for
user-defined session handlers.

Updated IMP to use the new interface.  The others modules still need
to be updated.

Note the additional $horde['session_handler'] variable, too.

this doesn't come close to working yet, but it displays the form, and I need
to get it into cvs so that either someone else can finish it or I will -
it's been sitting around for too long.
