New html-color.php files

Update IMP over to the new MIME_Viewer framework

Many, many changes.  Some regression bugs in MIME viewing may have been
reintroduced, so please test.  This passed most (all?) of Chuck's
MIME torture test mailbox.

config/mime.php is no longer used , config/mime_drivers.php is now the
config file of choice

- new excel driver
- change MIME_Viewer::render() API to accept optional parameters
- many tweaks to old default mime_drivers file
- support for 'no_download', 'no_view', 'inline' options in mime_drivers

A lot of the old IMP drivers are now part of Horde, so you have to configure
up Horde for word/excel documents.  Once configured though, this will
also work with Chora and other apps as they use the API

More cleanup to come, and there are still some rough edges, but its
8/9 way there

Retired config/menu.txt in favor of config/menu.php.  This file follows
a new format based on native PHP data structures.

Rename MOTD.html to motd.php, and move to a .dist file.

move mime.php to a .dist file.

Added some simple message content filtering.  If enabled (it's off by
default), we read from a text file containing a list of "bad" words.
When displaying the message, these words are replaced with a definable
string (e.g. '****').

Renamed config/{header,trailer}.txt to config/{header,trailer}.txt.dist
in the distribution.

We don't need config/ldap.php now that turba handles directory searches.

Use prefs.php.dist in the cvs tree.

Backing out the graphics.php commit.  We'll stick with the $doc->pimg()
stuff.

An example of the graphics filename matching system.  I hate to start
committing something and not follow it through, but I don't have the time to
finish it right now.  I'll try and get to it soon.

I'm not entirely happy with the redudancy between gr/pgr and img/pimg right
now, too.  I'll have to work something out in the future.

cjh: getting rid of the examples dif, since it's rather outdated (to my knowledge), and adding defaults.php3.dist, html.php3.dist, and mailbox.php3.dist. These should be gone over and heavily commented so that people can just create config files from them if they're not using an auto-setup tool.

oh, there are some slight mime tweaks in here, too.
