Lots more detail/information in the CVS/Source section, and a nicer
job on the menubar all around.

Massive run over the web tree.
- discontinue use of constants for $toolbar_mode. no reason, and has
  potential to break mirrors
- get rid of $subsite variable, which was never used anywhere
- start of skeleton sites for gollem, nic, and mimp.
- other cleanups to files as I touched them

Here we go. Lots of changes to the Horde website.

1. Everything I tested is xhtml compliant. Please try and keep this
up, and also spot-check pages when you're bored.

2. The main page is now shorter and (hopefully) more useful. It has
space to highlight things that are currently going on/new releases/
etc.

3. Lots of other tweaks to pages in terms of style, colors, etc.

Look it over, fix any mistakes you find, comment, etc. And new
content is always great. =)

Converting hordeweb from .php3 to .php.  I think I've gotten everything
here, but some .php3 references may have slipped through.

Here are the rest of the tweaks. Lots of minor changes - the font is
controlled in the horde.inc template, for instance, for consistency - and
some minor spelling correction; removal of dead links (mirror.jccc.net), etc.

I've also nuked the nag subsite for now, since that seems to be pretty much
dead.

cjh: thanks/credits page. zero, if you could cook up a sidebar graphic and
use it instead of blank.gif, that'd be great.
