Add spinner graphic and hooks to show it during server data refreshes.
Unfortunately vcXMLRPC doesn't use asynchronous calls (which also lock up the rest of Dashboard during a refresh) so the spinner is never visible. TODO: Fix vcXMLRPC to be asynchronous. Tags: HERMES_1_0, HERMES_1_0_RC2, HERMES_1_0_RC1 |

Visual cleanups: keep the Info button in the top right corner so resizes don't make it appear out of place. Also tweak window size after successful server refresh. |
