unification of iCalendar and Data package:
functionality is now in the iCalendar package,
The Data package now uses the iCalendar package for vcalendar parsing
and export.

Try to sort out exportvCalendar calls - store $this->_container on
construction (maybe don't do this unless we ever use it? probably bad
idea), and don't pass the container object to exportvCalendar().

Remove toArray() and fromArray() in favor of just passing vevent objects
to applications that need them.

Add LOCATION, and start supporting recurrence rules. This is not yet
quite returned in a format that Kronolith will handle; I think the
answer to that is going to be to make Kronolith smarter, though,
instead of having the iCalendar library conform to using Kronolith's
constants, etc.

Fix start/end dates from/to timestamps, add guid/UID, add comments.

set DT_START and DT_END properly in fromArray()

Start a fromArray() method for Horde_iCalendar_vevent. Incomplete; needs
some thought since we don't have a standard hash format for events, since
we use objects.

kronolith expects the array key to be 'description', not 'desc.' AFAICT,
kronolith is the only caller, so this shouldn't break anything else.

silence warnings if the event doesn't have an ORGANIZER
