There is no 'app' parameter for this driver.

Add some more logout reasons (session ip change logouts, distinguish between
failed logins for some generic reason and bad username/password logins).
Now, Auth drivers explicitly set the login failure reason when authentication
fails.
Still TODO: More cleanups; making sure the driver generated error messages
get displayed to the user in all situations.

- Add Auth::getParam() for retrieving driver information.
- fix a typo that was preventing Auth::_getDriverByParam() from working properly.

Try to be consistent in passing parameters with Auth::getLoginScreen():
- always pass $app, and $url
- use Auth::getLoginScreen for static calls, and $auth->_getLoginScreen for object calls
- name subclass _getLoginScreen() methods appropriately

Add a 'loginScreen' parameter to the HTTP auth driver so that users can be directed
to an external login screen that will set HTTP auth.

package name (no periods)

Better code reuse, and fix a few typos

A few more Horde::functionCheck() calls, and comment/style cleanup.

_loadParamDriver() was badly named (renamed to _getDriverByParam()) and
also broken (fixed).

Also here, fix logic in _loadDriver().

Much phpdoc cleanups.  isset()->array_key_exists().  Individual drivers
now use _setAuthError() to better explain why authentication failed.
Reorganized some code.

Make sure getDriverConfig() can be called properly.
This might need a bit of sorting out, but should work fine.

private function naming

Added LGPL license information (per CODING_STANDARDS) to the top of all
Horde library files.  My fingers hurt.

Tweak the Auth API a bit, simplifying some code, removing some duplicated
code, and making it possible to check a set of Auth credentials without
actually logging a user in.

Kill trailing ws.

Add an Auth_composite driver.
- provides hooks for displaying a different login screen depending on arbitrary
criteria (client IP, virtualhost accessed, etc.)
- and for authenticating against a different source based on arbitrary criteria
(username supplied, client IP, etc.)

This is EXPERIMENTAL and completely undocumented.
